As a professional crane factory specializing in hydraulic cranes, Henan Runli Automobile Service Co., Ltd has completed a batch order delivery of boom truck cranes to the Philippines. The shipment included boom truck cranes, lorry cranes, aerial working platforms, and customized machinery components. Achieving 100% on-time and on-quality delivery.

To ensure product delivery standards, what did we do? Please see here.
What made this batch delivery possible is the factory’s complete processing equipment system and strict process requirements, built over 20 years of focusing on small and medium-sized hydraulic cranes. Starting from the blanking stage(designing), then going to production, we follow the process. Laser cutting ensures smooth edges and precise dimensions while reducing thermal deformation. A plate leveler removes internal stress from raw materials, providing a flat foundation for subsequent bending and welding. During structural forming, we adopted a different model structure, adopted a bend machine (1500Ton bending pressure), and a precision bending machine for critical components such as booms and outriggers, with angular deviation controlled within ±0.5°. In the welding stage, robotic welding performs multistation automatic operations, producing uniform seams with strong penetration and significantly improving the fatigue life of structural parts. Finally, a CNC machining center handles milling, drilling, and boring of highprecision features such as slewing ring mounting surfaces and shaft holes, ensuring that every lifting truck meets design requirements for assembly accuracy.

Beyond equipment, process requirements govern every stage of production. Key weld seams undergo 100% inspection ( magnetic particle). Hydraulic lines are thoroughly cleaned and purged. Each completed machine undergoes two consecutive hours of test operation, covering lifting, luffing, slewing, and outrigger functions. Every unit comes with an individual quality inspection report, with all data traceable to specific operators and equipment numbers. This dual guarantee of equipment and processes allowed the factory to confidently handle the customer’s demanding requirements for multiple product types, small batch sizes, and high customization.

The success of this delivery also relied on close collaboration across production, quality control, logistics, and documentation. The production line prioritized boom components for laser cutting and the large press brake based on custom drawings. Quality inspectors remained stationed at robotic welding and CNC machining workstations, performing inprocess rather than finalonly inspection. The logistics team designed mixed loading and reinforcement solutions for different machine types to mitigate typhoonseason shipping risks. The documentation department prereviewed all customs clearance documents to ensure prompt release upon arrival. After delivery, the Philippine customer randomly inspected multiple units and confirmed that weld quality, hydraulic system sealing, and assembly dimensions all met design requirements, with the entire shipment arriving intact.

Henan Runli Automobile Service Co., Ltd will continue to focus on small and medium sized hydraulic cranes, using its processing equipment as the backbone and process requirements as the foundation, to further improve batch delivery capabilities for boom truck cranes, lorry cranes, truck mounted cranes, mobile cranes, aerial working platforms, and customized machinery components – serving customers in global infrastructure, logistics, and equipment rental industries.
